Bu gizlilik politikası, POSTrack ("Uygulama") mobil uygulamasının kişisel verileri nasıl topladığını, kullandığını ve koruduğunu açıklar. Uygulama, işletmelerin tartılı/tezgah/masa satış işlemlerini yönetmesi için tasarlanmış bir satış noktası (POS) uygulamasıdır.

Bu uygulama yalnızca yetkili işletme personeli tarafından kullanılır; genel tüketicilere yönelik değildir.
2. Topladığımız Veriler
Uygulama yalnızca hizmetin çalışması için gerekli verileri işler:

Uygulama; reklam kimliği, konum verisi, kişi listesi, fotoğraf veya benzeri kişisel verileri toplamaz.
3. Bluetooth Kullanımı
Uygulama, yalnızca Bluetooth tartı ve termal yazıcı gibi çevre
birimlerine bağlanmak için Bluetooth iznini kullanır. Bluetooth taraması konum
belirlemek için kullanılmaz (Android'de neverForLocation bayrağı ile
beyan edilmiştir) ve hiçbir konum verisi toplanmaz veya paylaşılmaz.
4. Verilerin Paylaşımı
Uygulama, verileri üçüncü taraflarla pazarlama veya izleme amacıyla paylaşmaz. Satış ve işlem verileri yalnızca işletmenin kendi backend sunucusuna, hizmetin sağlanması amacıyla, şifreli (HTTPS) bağlantı üzerinden iletilir. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam, analitik veya izleme bileşeni bulunmamaktadır.
5. Veri Güvenliği
Oturum/kimlik bilgileri cihazda şifreli depolama (Keychain/Keystore) ile saklanır. Sunucu iletişimi HTTPS üzerinden şifreli yapılır. Cihazdaki veriler işletme personelinin erişimiyle sınırlıdır.
6. Veri Saklama ve Silme
Cihazdaki yerel veriler, uygulama kaldırıldığında silinir. Sunucudaki işletme verileriyle ilgili saklama/silme talepleri için yukarıdaki iletişim adresine başvurabilirsiniz.
7. Çocukların Gizliliği
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek 13 yaş altı bireylerden veri toplamaz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Güncel sürüm her zaman bu sayfada yayımlanır ve "Son güncelleme" tarihi değiştirilir.

This Privacy Policy explains how the POSTrack ("the App") mobile application collects, uses, and protects personal data. The App is a point-of-sale (POS) application designed for businesses to manage weighed/counter/table sales.

This App is used only by authorized business staff. It is not a consumer-facing application.
2. Data We Collect
The App processes only the data required for the service to function:

The App does not collect advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, photos, or similar personal information.
3. Bluetooth Usage
The App uses Bluetooth only to connect to peripherals such as a
Bluetooth scale and thermal printer. Bluetooth scanning is not used to determine
location (declared with the neverForLocation flag on Android), and no
location data is collected or shared.
4. Data Sharing
The App does not share data with third parties for marketing or tracking. Sales and transaction data are transmitted only to the business's own backend server, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, solely to provide the service. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking components.
5. Data Security
Session/credential data is stored using encrypted device storage (Keychain/Keystore). Server communication is encrypted over HTTPS. On-device data is limited to authorized business staff.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
Local data on the device is removed when the App is uninstalled. For requests regarding retention/deletion of server-side business data, contact the address above.
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect data from individuals under 13.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with an updated "Last updated" date.
